BUYING FROM JCI JEWELLERY

Buying from JCI Jewellery could not be any more simple!

This website is a strictly trade only site - you must be a customer of JCI Jewellery to view prices and to order online.

Exisiting Customers - Forgot Your Password?
Simply email sales@jcijewellery.com with your request for your password along with your registered cusomer info (i.e. Name, Account Number etc) and one of our representatives will be in touch with you soon.

Availability – We strive to keep our stock levels to an absolute maximum. Any item that you have ordered and we do not have in stock can be put on back order for you. These items will then be sent out to you whenever we receive them back into stock.

Available sizes – This will apply to rings and chains. When ordering a ring you will notice that you have a choice of sizes (All ladies rings come in sizes J – R, gents rings are available in sizes R – Z+2) simply specify the size you want and order! It’s as simple as that. If that particular size is not available, our sales team will provide you with the nearest available (never more than 2 sizes of difference) Chains are available from 16” right up to 24” in some styles. For each chain, the description will state what length it is, simply choose which length you require and add to your shopping basket.

Add to Basket – clicking on this button performs the obvious task of adding the item to your shopping basket. Please make sure the correct size and item is highlighted before clicking here. This will then bring you to your shopping basket where you can adjust quantities ordered or delete items ordered. To return to the page you came from simply click on ‘continue shopping’.

RETURNS POLICY

JCI Jewellery makes every effort to ensure all goods are dispatched are in excellent condition. Should there be a problem or fault with any of our goods please return them within seven days to the following address:

All goods are covered by a one year guarantee from our date of sale against manufacturing faults. We will exchange, repair, or issue a credit for the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover customer neglect or damage.

Trade Only Policy
JCI Jewellery operates a strictly trade only policy.

Prices
JCI Jewellery operates a single pricing structure for all customers. All prices quoted on this site are nett and exclusive of VAT.

Due to fluctuations in the prices of Silver and Gold, our prices are subject to change without prior notice.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or an error in pricing information from our suppliers, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for the product at the incorrect price. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors.

Product Guarantee

Held Goods
Goods ordered and awaiting payment will be held for no more than 7 working days before being returned to stock.

How to pay.
All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of full payment and most dispatched the same day as full payment.

We accept payment in the following ways;

Credit/Debit card. We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo.

By Cash

By Cheque. All cheques made payable to JCI JEWELLERY LTD.

Please not that there is no credit card surcharge. Paying by credit card gives you up to 56 days credit,depending on your statement date.

Payment is due with order in ALL cases.

Minimum Order
If this is your first time buying from JCI Jewellery, and your placing an order online, please note that there will be 1st order minimum of £125 excluding VAT. After this however, there will be no minimum order.
